Telangana's New Secretariat was formally opened by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today. KCR entered his new office on the sixth floor of the new Secretariat at the auspicious time in the afternoon. He arrived at the Secretariat at 1:20 pm. All ministers and top officials are also making their entry into their respective new offices today.
