Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala has appealed to the people of Karnataka to vote for Congress in the upcoming assembly elections on May 10. "The congress party and the people of Karnataka resolve to throw out the BJP's 40% commission sarkar, which has brazenly looted the state," said Mr Surjewala.
