Prime Minister Narendra Modi cancelled a programme in Punjab after he was stuck on a flyover for around 20 minutes because of protesters, in what the government said was a major security breach this morning. PM Modi returned to the airport without attending an event in Bathinda because of the breach, the Home Ministry said in a statement blaming the Congress government in Punjab.
