Prime Minister Narendra Modi today kick-started the BJP's election campaign in Uttarakhand, inaugurating and laying foundations of projects worth over Rs 18,000 crore. "You have come here in such large numbers to bless us, we are overwhelmed. Uttarakhand is not just the land of faith but is the land of duty and hard work," PM Modi said at the rally.
